Mike Hopkins

General Counsel, Senior Vice President of Contracts and Procurement

Michael Hopkins is the General Counsel, Senior Vice President of Contracts and Procurement for Maersk Line, Limited (Maersk) in Norfolk, Virginia.

Prior to joining Maersk in 2004, Mike was a Partner at the law firm of McKenna Long & Aldridge, LLP, in Washington, D.C. Mike was also a U.S. Navy Supply Corps Officer for over 10 years, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander.

Mike holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Assumption College in Worcester, MA and a Juris Doctor from George Washington University, D.C. National Law Center. He is also a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia.
