In addition to an employment Application and a security application, copies of the following documents will be required prior to employment with Maersk Line, Limited.

A. Merchant Mariner Document (MMD) (Front & Back)
B. STCW 95 Certificate
C. Coast Guard License - Licensed Mariners only (Front & Back)
D. Radar Endorsement - Licensed Mariners only
E. Copy of Passport (notarized copy)
F. All Training Certificates
G. Universal Technician - Engineers only
H. Copy of Union Registration Card
I. Resume or Job History
J. Other documents relevant to your application
